The Situation:
Wings Plus has been a staple in Coral Springs, FL for many years with many old time, loyal customers. They wanted to implement a customer email marketing program but didn't have the time or design expertise to execute a consistent customer email marketing strategy. They didn't have any emails and needed a data collection strategy.


The Solution:
First, we identified the most effective strategy to collect email addresses for Wings Plus. Wings Plus has both dining and takeout so we designed and printed comment cards for their diners and a stand with sign up sheets for takeout patrons. Once the forms are completed our team handles all the data entry. Second, we designed a professional custom email flyer using coupons that have worked well for Wings Plus in the past. It was also important not to inundate their customers with emails and keep open rates consistently above 15%. Therefore, we set up an email schedule for every other Friday morning and targeted specific holidays and changed the offers every few months.
